We strive to ship all Orders within 2 business days of receipt of order for the merchandise we have in inventory. Due to payment type and the company's approval procedures, there could be a delay in shipping your order if the billing information is inaccurate, if your billing and shipping addresses are different, or for any other reason that the payment company's approval process is triggered. Our goal is to process and ship your order within 24 hours of receipt. A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order ships. This tracking number will allow you to check on the delivery status of your order.

BTR offers a flat rate shipping fee of $9.99 for all orders under $99 (standard shipping). Any orders above $99 are shipped free of charge. Depending on the size and weight of the items, some additional charge might occur.
